Although it is a trap card, you can draw two cards, but it requires two conditions: there are no monsters on your field and the opponent's monster's ATK is up. It's all about the things that are disadvantageous. I guess that's why I draw 2 cards.
The Smile axis itself is a fan-oriented thing, so this is probably fine, but if you use it for other things, the chain burn system that uses RBI reinforcement that can be used against opponent monsters is the limit.
